Sanibel Real Estate, Beachview Community Market Update

Inventory of available homes on Sanibel and Captiva continues to be at an elevated level. Sales activity in the months of March, April, May and June was higher than in the prior months, but now that late Summer and early Fall is upon us, the typical slowdown for this time of year has allowed new listings to once again push the inventory back up.

Beachview currently has 21 homes available for sale, with list prices ranging from $
